Leather, Skins, & Material

The Hermès Picotin Lock is available in Clemence leather: a matte and smooth, even-grained bull calfskin.

History of the Picotin Lock

First introduced in 2002, the Hermès Picotin Lock pays homage to the brand's equestrian heritage: this tote bag was inspired by nosebags in which horses were fed from.

Adding flare and texture to the otherwise basic exterior, the Hermès Picotin lock is complete with a Kelly lock closure that is iconically synonymous with the Hermès brand.
